In some cases, other health conditions can also lead to depression, especially chronic disorders such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and Parkinson’s disease.

The doctor will ask you for your current mental condition if you always feel sad, depressed or hopeless. They may be asking when the feelings going on and are there any recent events that you think may affect your feelings. They can observe your behavior to find the signs of depression.HS
